As an energetic and enthusiastic individual, you will join our collaborative team of experts to implement child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, track client progress, and analyze data.
We provide hands-on, entry-level opportunities for individuals interested in becoming an RBT.
This includes paid training, allowing you to develop necessary skills to work directly with autistic children.

Nannies, childcare providers, Paraprofessionals, or child daycare experience.
Mental Health Technician and Behavioral Specialist.
Teachers, Special Education Coaches, or Early Childhood Development background.
Mental Health Advocates or Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
Camp Counselor or Childcare Volunteer.

Paraprofessionals, Direct Support Professionals, or Life Skills Assistant.
Essential Job Requirements: Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days.
Progress through the RBT Ladder.
Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately.
Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care.
Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions.
Collaborate with Lead RBT for training sequence.
What we are looking for: High school diploma or GED equivalent Reliable transportation is required.
Time management, observation, and analytical skills Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
