Description

Our client has an immediate need for an energetic and driven Entry Level Marketing Associate to join their rapidly growing team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of marketing while contributing to promotional campaigns, customer outreach, and brand awareness initiatives.
The Marketing Associate will work closely with the marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies and promotions.


Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Engage with customers and represent the brand in a positive and professional manner.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for campaign improvement and growth.
Support the marketing team with day-to-day activities including customer acquisition and event coordination.
Help manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Contribute to the creative process for marketing materials and promotional content.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for future initiatives.
Participate in training sessions to develop skills in marketing strategy, communications, and campaign management.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customer audiences.
Positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn.
Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively and take initiative.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred but not required.
No prior experience needed, but previous exposure to marketing, promotions, or customer service is a plus.
