Entry Level Transportation Engineer

Minagar & Associates, Inc. headquartered in Laguna Hills, Orange County, CA has one immediate full-time entry level position for a Transportation Engineer.
We are a professional Traffic/Transportation/Civil/ Electrical Engineering, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Transportation Planning, Homeland Security & CEM firm founded in Irvine in 1993.
We have successfully completed over 900 projects in 17 states and for over 85 cities in California and in China, South Korea and Saudi Arabia.
The firm is recipient of over a dozen regional, state, national & international awards.


The selected candidate will be involved in some of the most prestigious local, regional, state and national projects.


Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with course work in traffic/transportation/highway engineering is required.
The candidate must be proficient in CADD (AutoCAD), Synchro/HCM software with excellent writing skills and general knowledge of CA-MUTCD, traffic & civil engineering concepts.

Requirements

Zero to1 year experience on civil transportation projects.
The candidate will assist project managers in traffic and civil engineering, PS&E, signing & striping plans, traffic impact & feasibility studies and traffic control plans projects.
