Environmental Services Technician

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Environmental Services Technician at Windom Area Health in Windom, MN. As a key member of our Environmental Health Services team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe healthcare environment for our patients and staff.
Environmental Services Technician Pay Range: $15.57 - $20.24 Schedule: Full-time/rotating schedules Location: Windom, MN  Benefits include: Health insurance, dental, retirement, vision/life insurance, free fitness center membership and more! $1,000 sign on bonus! As an Environmental Services Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that all areas of the hospital are maintained in accordance with our high standards of cleanliness. This includes but is not limited to, cleaning patient rooms, operating rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces. This position includes rotating days (6:30 am to 3 pm) and evenings (11 am to 7:30pm), as well rotating holidays (approx. 1-2 year) and weekends (every 5 th ).
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for promoting the health and well-being of our community through Environmental Health Services. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

Windom Area Health (WAH) is an 18-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Windom, MN. The hospital serves Windom, Mt. Lake and the surrounding areas. Windom Area Health provides specialty outreach services on a regular basis including cardiology, hematology/oncology, podiatry, general surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, pulmonology, urology and occupational/speech/physical therapies. Emergency room, laboratory and imaging services are also available 24 hours a day.
