DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS? High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in operating and maintaining medium to heavy-sized equipment Valid Utah Class "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Ability to pass ICC physical and maintain a medical certificate Flagger certification or ability to obtain certification Pesticide applications license or willingness to obtain Flexibility to work weekends and shifts as needed This part-time seasonal position runs from June 1st to August 31st .
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN EQUIPMENT OPERATOR II? As an Equipment Operator II, your day begins operating heavy-duty equipment with precision and care as you embark on a journey to maintain and repair our county's vital roadways. From grading gravel roads to patching asphalt, your expertise ensures the smooth flow of traffic and the safety of our community. With an eye for detail, you also address drainage issues, install signage, and conduct routine maintenance on equipment.
