Personal Assistant /Estate Manager to CEO, Highly Successful Entrepreneur of Multiple Enterprises, Dallas, Texas Our client, an entrepreneurial CEO that has established multiple successful businesses is looking for an Estate Manager/ Personal Assistant to manage her expansive property as well as help with personal matters. This role will report directly to the Chief of Staff and will work as a team, as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who has managed high end properties as well as worked as a Personal Assistant to a UHN, HNW principal or celebrity and has a very positive, optimistic perspective on life. The CEO has a beautiful estate that has a home office. About the Job: Coordinate with the Chief of Staff the ever-changing calendar handling the scheduling of personal appointments Personal travel planning, vacations Coordinate repairs, restorations on the estate Manage household staff and payroll Ability to keep the principal on track and prioritize tasks at the estate Keep the principal updated on progress of estate projects/Project Management Plan events, parties, dinners Ad hoc projects; run errands About You: Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Estate Manager/Personal Assistant or Estate Manager to a HNW or UHNW principal or celebrity BA Degree Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Ability to be fluid and handle last minute changes with aplomb Strong writing and research skills High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality Great time management Confident with good leadership skills Proactive go-getter who takes initiative with a no task is too big or too small Outstanding communication skills and a team player Salary plus discretionary bonus, Comprehensive Health Benefits
