We are experiencing significant growth and require the assistance of a skilled paralegal to fill a need in our Estate Administration Department.
Responsibilities would include but not be limited to: Drafting of all petitions and letters (probate, administration, accounting, 17A Guardianship)Drafting of all estate planning documents (Wills, Trusts, Advanced Directives) Corresponding and following up with clients and the CourtDepartment calendar managementDepartment project managementGeneral administrative duties; filing and scanning Required: Formal training and study as a paralegal ideal, minimum of 3 years experience.Bachelor's degree or higher.Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.Experience with e-filing.Experience with Clio a plus.
Salary Rage: 70k-90K
