Project Manager/Estimator Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing a variety of painting and coatings projects, from estimation to completion. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the painting and coatings industry. Key Responsibilities Analyze painting and coatings project requirements and create precise, detailed estimates. Schedule and coordinate projects, including hiring contractors, ordering materials, and following safety protocols. Monitor projects to ensure they remain on schedule and within budget. Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the project. Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management/estimator role in the commercial painting and coatings industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Thorough understanding of safety protocols and best practices. Proficient with using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
