Estimator - Physical Security

Tiello has partnered with a Commercial Security Integrator in the industrial and commercial space located in the Philadelphia market. We are currently looking to hire a Estimator - Physical Security to help expand the operations. Job Title: Estimator - Physical Security (access control, IP video, and alarm systems) Project Types: Commercial, Healthcare, Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Mixed-Use, Retail, etc. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Systems Engineering and Sales teams to design technical solutions that align with customer needs. Stay up-to-date on supported equipment and technologies by participating in manufacturer-provided training. Must be proficient in reading and interpreting RFPs, technical drawings, and IT-focused project specifications. A structured approach to tasks, with a strong aptitude and enthusiasm for learning new technologies. Skills & Qualifications: High School diploma A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience with access control, IP/analog video, Intrusion Alarm and related security systems LANGUAGE SKILLS: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting standard technical publications. Skilled at delivering technical information clearly to potential clients, existing customers, colleagues, and management. Experience in technical and proposal writing is an advantage, with a good grasp of creating professional, client-facing documents.
