Group/Division The Legal Compliance Organization (LCO) team provides legal guidance to further KLA's strategic objectives and protect the legal, ethical, and financial integrity of the Company.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications KLA's Ethics & Legal Compliance team is seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Ethics & Compliance Counsel, reporting directly to KLA's Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). In this position, the qualified candidate will oversee KLA's worldwide antitrust compliance program, assist with cybersecurity and information governance legal compliance issues and investigations, and be responsible for KLA's legal risk assessment and compliance effectiveness program.
Primary Responsibilities Serve as one of the lead Ethics & Compliance counsels directly reporting to KLA's Chief Compliance Officer.Oversee KLA's worldwide antitrust compliance program.Conduct periodic worldwide risk and compliance program assessments.Assist with addressing cybersecurity legal, governance, and investigation issues.Maintain KLA's international lobbying compliance program.Conduct internal investigations, develop training, and manage strategic projects for the Ethics & Legal Compliance group.Minimum Qualifications Qualified attorney licensed to practice law in the United States.At least 8 years of experience as an ethics & compliance professional.Expert antitrust compliance counseling experience.Knowledge of the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines.Keen interest in cybersecurity and information governance legal issues.Experience working with government regulators.Substantial experience conducting ethics & compliance monitoring activities.Highly developed interpersonal skills.Strong and independent demeanor.Self-motivated and persistent.Excellent oral and written communication skills.The company offers a competitive rewards package including medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) with company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
