We're on the lookout for a Project Manager (EU funded R&D Projects) who will be responsible for the coordination and management of National, European, or international research and technology programs, in cooperation with universities, research institutes, SMEs, other industries and public organization. What You 'll Be Doing: Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring adherence to scope, quality standards and project milestones. Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including government bodies, European Commission officers, defense contractors, research institutions, and other consortium members across different European countries. Coordinate internal resources and consortium partners to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to track progress. Perform project risk and issue management. Track project expenditures and ensure compliance with applicable financial guidelines. Manage project documentation. Prepare and submit periodic reports (financial, technical and administrative) internally and to the contracting agencies. University Degree in relevant technical area (Engineering or equivalent). Master's degree in relevant management or technical area. At least three (3) years of proven experience in a Management role (e.g. Project/Technical Manager, WP/Task leader) or Project Coordination of EU funded programs (e.g. H2020, EDF). Strong knowledge of MS Office. Excellent command of English language. Availability to travel abroad. Desired:
PMP/ PRINCE II Certification. Knowledge of the International Defense, Security or Aerospace Research and Technology domain. Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Greek. Willingness to take initiative and motivation to drive results. Very good planning and time-management skills.
