Responsibilities: Create the lineup for every shift for the entire next week and submit to team FOH Shift change approval Bi-weekly Ops results meeting with Operations Director & FOH Operations Coordinator Coordinated talent needs with FOH Operations Coordinator Occasionally participates in FOH interview process Monitors full restaurant labor productivity and FOH overtime Ensures eRQA completion and accuracy & any issues communicated to leadership Will be the "end all, be all" of FOH staffing gaps: Will step in any time of day or night if there is a FOH staffing gap that no other team members or leaders can cover Monitors Jolt lists to ensure accuracy and team completion with excellence Assists in End of Month Inventory counts Keeps the FOH inventory completely neat & organized at all times Ensures the manager station and office remain clean and organized and free of clutter Communicates feedback to FOH Operations Coordinator for team evaluations Works completely within operations Coaches team members on productivity, efficiency, and quality during work Reviews CFA NOW app daily for planning and adjustment: Productivity Sales Daypart SOS (Speed of Service) Reviews prior year's sale for that day to plan for rushes Communicates any repair needs to Maintenance Manager Responsible for initiating FOH disciplinary process and documentation Ensures that every inch of the FOH (including dining room, play area, restrooms, & all outdoor property) are always clean & spotless. Quickly resolve any issues with operations to where it doesn't happen in the future. Keep labor & inventory expenses within budgets and goals.
