Event Marketing Managers at Emburse is a dynamic role within the company's marketing department and is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of various in-person and virtual events, from trade shows to webinars, aligning them with the company's overall marketing goals. They will partner across marketing and other departments to craft events that effectively communicate the brand's message, engage the target audience, and generate leads. They will host and lead cross-functional meetings to prepare event participants, including senior management, and clearly communicate event objectives and results to broader groups. They gather and present KPIs and continuously explore options to improve event outcomes
\n What you'll do:Partner with demand gen marketing team, BDRs, Sales and broader Marketing counterparts to build integrated field events plan to drive pipeline generation and brand awareness.Cross-collaborate with supporting marketing functions including creative, demand, communications, and web to execute overall events strategy.Lead and oversee execution of virtual and in-person field events, including trade shows, industry, and partner events globally.Serve as the primary on-site contact at events, managing event setup, logistics, and execution to ensure brand consistency, optimize attendee engagement, and achieve event objectives.Manage the field events calendar; take a proactive approach to existing events calendar and identify additional industry trade shows, events and sponsorship opportunities that will impact pipeline and brand awareness.Develop creative ideas to expand our brand recognition and drive interaction at events, including design elements, activities and more.Develop and implement new processes that drive event success.Track and manage event budget, monitor spending, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial alignment.Measure and report on event-generated and influenced pipeline building activities to evaluate event success, and make data-driven recommendations for future improvements.Manage branded company swag strategy, including sourcing, distribution, and storage. #LI-LH1#LI-Remote What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a B2B marketing and events roleAnalytical, data-driven mindset to develop plans aligned with company objectives and pipeline goalsExperience in developing and executing integrated event strategies in collaboration with various teamsExperience in tracking event contribution to pipeline health and reporting on ROIExperience building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and senior managementStrong project management and organization skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives at onceCreative problem-solving skills and willingness to think "out of the box"Working knowledge of SalesforceWillingness to travel 25%-50% (aligned with all current safety protocols)Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills
