We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to work directly with and support our CEO.
Our desired outcome is for this person to become an integral partner for our CEO and our senior leadership team while getting exposed to all elements of our SaaS company.

A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial as you will work closely with the executive team.
\n What You'll Do: Support our Chief Executive Officer on all administrative tasksResponsible for scheduling internal/external meetings, inbox management, booking travel, expenses, calendar management, etc. Administrative support for other executive team members, when neededEvents Coordination- Corporate events, leadership team off-site meetings, and travel itinerariesOrganize, manage, and run company All Hands meetings + GTM Weekly meetingsRecord and actively note take/action company level events from CEO and Senior Leadership Team and share/collaborate with appropriate stakeholdersAssist the CFO in QBR preparation, scheduling, and coordination Board of Directors meeting coordination Analyze procedural problems and implement process improvements You Should Have: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to a C level executiveExperience working in a start-up environment is recommendedActive and positive communicator across mediums, working in a remote role is a plusAbility to prioritize competing demandsNo task is too small mentalityProactive calendar management skills with a keen eye for efficiencyExperience coordinating executive calendars using Google Calendar and working with internal and external stakeholders around the worldStrong problem solving skills and demonstrates sound judgment Confident in using technology such as Slack, Zoom, and GsuiteGrowth mindset and are a continuous learner - curious by natureAbility to uphold a strict level of confidentialityFirst-hand experience of SaaS and enterprise software start-ups Very organized with strong time management skills
