From providing high-level support to our executive team and Board of Directors and managing communications, to coordinating key meetings, this position turns vision into action. A Day in The Life of an Executive Assistant As an Executive Assistant, your day is a dynamic blend of organization, communication, and problem-solving. You will manage internal and external communications, and set priorities for meetings, appointments, and travel. Throughout the day, you prepare agendas, distribute materials, and organize logistics for board meetings, serving as the main point of contact between the CEO, board members, and external stakeholders. You ensure that information flows seamlessly across teams, tracking deadlines and following up on deliverables for executive projects.
In addition to executive support, you handle sensitive information with discretion, assist with event planning, and work with internal departments and service providers to keep office operations running smoothly. You also oversee the departmental budget and continuously seek ways to optimize processes, enhancing efficiency for the CEO, board, and entire executive team. This position has supervisory responsibilities, including overseeing team performance, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

You bring an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with at least five years of relevant experience, giving you a solid foundation in both operational and service excellence.
