Position Mission
The Executive Assistant for Apostolic Development supports the Vice President of Apostolic Development and the strategic initiatives of the department.
Apostolic Development is committed to aiding FOCUS in its support of Holiness, Culture, and Strategy.
The Vice President of Apostolic Development also builds relationships with the broader Church and other strategic priorities, as well as other critical efforts to help build strategic alignment through all departments in FOCUS.
The EA of Apostolic Development supports the VP and runs critical projects to move the mission forward.
Position Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Vice President Handle Expense reports for VP Time Management and Prioritization Ensure optimal scheduling of the executive's time by managing meetings, travel, and requests, reducing calendar conflicts, and proactively prioritizing key activities to increase efficiency.
Project and Task Coordination Coordinate key projects for Church Engagement, Strategic Partnerships, VP Meetings and needs, and other critical projects that have been named by the VP of Apostolic Development Confidentiality, Relationship Building & Communication Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, supporting the executive with accurate, high-quality communications, reports, and presentations.
QualificationsUndergraduate degree in related field preferred Strong competency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel Verbal and Written Communication Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation 3+ years of relevant experience or staff leadership with FOCUS preferred Compensation & Benefits
For this role, we anticipate paying $55,000 - $75,000/year.

The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
