Executive Assistant/Legal Assistant To Partner

Our client, a well known Global midtown firm, is looking for a high-level executive assistant to support a new Partner joining firm.
Must have an interest in legal and willing to learn and grow with a smart team.
Create presentations, get involved with various confidential projects and more.
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and work in a fast paced environment is essential.
This position will be hybrid based out of the New York.
Salary: $100-125k plus paid overtime and bonus Responsibilities: Complex calendar management including a comprehensive knowledge of workload and current clients and is aware of priorities and sensitivities to assist with arranging client visits / meetings and in meeting deadlines.Liaise with clients and their executive assistants.Act as a point of contact for Executives demonstrating an ability to obtain key information.Calendar management including coordinating and arranging meetings ensuring executives have all the necessary documentation and details required ahead of meetings.Prepare correspondence and amending documents.
Proof reads work to ensure an accurate and high standard is maintained, demonstrating strong technical skills and a good eye for presentation.Demonstrate a full understanding of internal systems and policies. Required Qualifications: Strong communication skills both verbal and written; able to create professional rapport with colleagues and external partiesAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters and respond effectively to such situationsStrong PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel)Aptitude to learn and understand new software and applications quicklyAbility to work overtime as required If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
