Executive Assistant/ Paralegal to Legal Team- Wonderful PE Firm!
A wonderful, employee-centric private equity firm is looking for a stellar Legal Executive Assistant/ Paralegal for a wonderful team of 4-5 executives, including their General Counsel (great, down-to-earth team)
80-120k base + discretionary bonus + amazing benefits
Fully onsite in their Midtown East office, typical hours are 8:30/9am- 5:30/6pm
3-7 years of EA experience out of professional services, experience working with a legal team preferred!
Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to heavy, complex calendar management, scheduling meetings, screening calls, acting as the main gatekeeper for the teamcomplex, multi-leg travel arrangementsexpensesfiling documents and discoveryliaising with other executive and administrative assistants to schedule meetingshandling any special and ad hoc projectsmanaging and drafting contractsThe firm is looking for someone eager, down-to-earth and easy going who can jump in and cover for other teams as needed.
