Executive Legal Assistant

We are currently seeking a Legal Executive Assistant for a premier law firm in NYC.
This role will support a highly respected Managing Partner specializing in Personal Injury law.
The ideal candidate must be confident, assertive, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment while delivering exceptional support.
Duties of this position: Must have familiarity with personal injury litigation.
Must have excellent computer skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Filing documents on NYSECF
Keeping partners' calendars and appointments.
Doing correspondence
Meeting and greeting clients
Calling attorneys and clients
Drafting retainers
Drafting authorizations
Extremely strong organizational and communication skills
Requesting medical records
Drafting and filing no-fault applications
Keeping track of any new matters and clients
Ability to work independently and comfortably in a fast-paced setting
Spanish speaking a plus
