Exterior Construction - Site Supervisor Mission: Site supervisors?monitor projects' progress, most importantly the exterior part of it, and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations. Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, educate construction workers on on-site safety practices, and evaluate employee performance. Communication with the homeowners and documenting the daily progress of exterior replacement projects are major parts of this role.
In the role you will be: Successfully manage multiple exterior construction sites simultaneously to meet scheduling goals and exceed client expectations. Maintain detailed documentation of project parts and buildout. Lead clients through an exceptional experience by ensuring projects adhere to approved contracts, specifications, and building codes while upholding high-quality standards. Prepare construction purchase orders and change orders, and develop construction schedules in collaboration with project teams to achieve milestones. Provide clear direction to team members and installation crews, attend project meetings, and proactively identify solutions to support ongoing projects. Lead project teams to identify and manage opportunities and risks, track project finances, manage procurement, and ensure professional customer communication. Foster healthy work environments and uphold a clean, organized, and professional presentation of work sites.

Experience required: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience, including managing exterior replacement and storm restoration projects. Knowledge of construction management software is a plus. Reliable transportation and a clean appearance are required, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent. An associate degree or higher in construction trade/management is preferred.
