Facilities & Cemetery Manager Lakeshore Catholic Faith Community

Brief Job Description: The facilities & cemetery manager has oversight responsibility and, in some cases, direct responsibility for the facilities, properties, and cemeteries of the family of parishes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the well-being and maintenance of all the properties owned by the family of parishes.

? Overseeing the maintenance and janitorial staff to ensure needs and demands are fulfilled.

? Managing the 4 cemeteries in our family of parishes.

? Doing monthly walk-throughs of all properties to make a comprehensive list of projects and issues that need to be addressed.

? Continue to plan for the future development of all properties.

? Coordinate with the individual parishes, staff, and volunteers the purchasing needs of our properties. This includes but is not limited to: janitorial products, paper products, equipment rentals / purchases, etc.

Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:

? Associates degree in business management or related discipline

? Understanding of Microsoft Office 365

? Ability to learn and understand Cemetery Management System (CMS)

? Strong leadership ability and communication skills

Salary: Starting $24/hour
