Job Title: General Affairs Coordinator
Department: Corporate Management Team
Shift: Core business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Direct Report: General Affairs & Procurement Unit Manager
Type: Full-time; Non-exempt
We are looking for a competent Coordinator to assist with all aspects of General Affairs business. This includes procurement activities, gathering and recording data, oversight and monitoring of facility management contractors, assisting raw materials as necessary, and the pickup and delivery of supply items.
Assist in the management of company vehicles to include maintaining vehicle use logs, perform daily vehicle checks, report issues, and schedule and coordinate repairs and servicesEnter invoices in SAP for processing; Track departmental spending against budgetsGather and record material consumption data; Assist in processing purchase requisitionsPrepare express mail shipments and maintain recordsMonitor work of cleaning service provider, lawn maintenance provider, and other outside contractorsReview inventory of consumable items and request replenishment of stockMove supply items to areas needed, move and assemble furniturePerform occasional minimal janitorial tasksComply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and procedures. Contribute to 5S success of the teamAssist in control bulletin boards postingsUnderstand the systems used for inventory controlPerform cycle counts and physical inventory as directed; audit the MRO warehouseAssist in investigation of inventory issuesPerform other duties as assigned Education:
(Required) High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent(Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Experience:
(Required) Previous relevant experience(Preferred) Previous experience in general affairs in the manufacturing industry Physical Demands:
Must be able to frequently move about the manufacturing plant campus, general office environments, production areas, and occasionally ascend/descend stairsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeMust be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machineryMust be able to position self to file documents including the top and bottom drawers of file cabinetsMust be able to occasionally move office equipment and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds Benefits:
