Military Veterans and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply! About This Role: Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Facilities Maintenance Support Analyst! The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Infrastructure/Facilities Department.
Responsibilities: Respond to trouble calls and service requests from all PHD NSWC organizations that can be resolved in-house. Assist the Service Desk Coordinator in prioritizing efforts to be accomplished, as well as coordinating with Code 1021 Project Managers, NAVFAC personnel, PHD personnel or other contractors as required. Resolve and/or execute any of the service/trouble calls or service tickets. Command Event Set-up and Tear-down Service. Furniture Disassembly, Relocation, Assembly, Service. Moving and hanging wall mounted type boards, pictures, displays, and dry erase marker boards, media boards/screens, ceiling projectors, smart boards or other items listed in the facilities work order. Perform Delivery/Moving/Assembly Service. Clean-up of work areas and workstations after renovations or larger group moves. Clean up spills and water leaks. Clean or remove and replace stained or damaged carpet tiles or carpeting. Remove and replace damaged vinyl and other floor tile as required. Window Cleaning/Window Screen Replacement Service. Replace interior/exterior light bulbs around the command, maintain stock and inventory of light bulbs. Perform the PHD facilities restroom and kitchen inspections on a periodic basis. Patch/fill holes/dings in interior or exterior walls or ceilings and paint repaired area to match existing. General Housekeeping and Storage Service. The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications: Basic maintenance knowledge. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently. Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Years of Professional Experience: 2 years of experience.
The "Nice-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications: Prior DoD experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 (hourly USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
