Our business is growing both domestically and internationally, which emphasizes the need to grow and scale an unparalleled facilities team that continues to provide an accessible and safe work environment for Fisher staff across the globe. The Opportunity: As the Facilities Site Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing and managing a team of individuals supporting the efficient running of our Camas, WA office location. You will ensure strategic office infrastructure across a multi-site professional financial services firm. To do this, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of staff supervision and the daily coordination of maintenance and operations of building grounds of our Washington office location. The Day-to-Day:Direct facilities maintenance and repairs for the officeManage facilities staff and administer work order programRespond to requests for repairs, maintenance and overall building operations issuesProvide support, expertise, and guidance on all areas of general construction, improvements, and capital projects Be available for emergency calls for serviceInspects premises daily to determine general condition of property and take necessary action to remedy issuesMaintain property to firm and regulated codes and standardsOversees the creation and maintenance of preventive programsSome domestic travel may be required to support other Fisher officesYour Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent7+ years of Class A building maintenance experience 3+ years of facilities staff supervisory experienceCompensation:$75,000 - $95,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experienceEligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performanceWhy Fisher Investments: We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
