(Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice (Geriatrics) - FAMILY MEDICINE RUTLAND VERMONT
Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region is seeking a Family Physician or Internist to join our practice.
Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible and residency trained.
The schedule is 4-5 days per week with some weekend rounding.
Admission to the hospital will be referred to the Hospital Medicine program.
Community Health Centers are Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and provide a network of Family Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Dentists and Social Workers.
CHCRR utilizes an integrated Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management system.
Approximately 1 night of call per month.
Phone call only.
