A community of 500K+ people located in the Southern California Valley needs a full-time Family Medicine Physician to work in an all-outpatient setting alongside 2 other Physicians and 2 NPs. This community is just 2 hours from Los Angeles with a cost of living that is over 50% lower. This is a lucrative position with an income guarantee of $310K before production and the option for a 4 or 4.5-day work week.

The Position:Practice alongside 2 Family Med MD/DO's and 2 FNP's, average volume of 18-20 patients per day.4.5-day work week option.Option for an MA and/or Scribe.2 clinic locations - option to work with an underserved and Spanish-speaking population, if desired.Compensation package includes a Base Salary of $285K with a yearly Retention Bonus of $25K - Guaranteed income of $310K before production.Sign-on of $15K, Relocation stipend, Full Benefits, Retirement, 5.5 weeks of PTO, $2K in CME, and more.
