The RoleAt Flock Safety, the Field Marketing Manager for Commercial events will drive world-class experiences at hosted events and third-party conferences that drive pipeline generation. This role will be integral to planning, executing, and optimizing event strategies that elevate our brand presence, generate demand, and drive customer engagement.
Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy for commercial events, including hosted and third-party events (trade shows, conferences, workshops, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event goals with business objectives.
Identify and evaluate event opportunities that align with target markets and initiatives.
Oversee the planning and on-site execution of events, ensuring high-quality and consistent brand representation.
Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site staffing.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, industry associations, and event organizers.
Serve as a point of contact for third-party event sponsors and partners to secure optimal participation and sponsorship benefits.
Create pre-event and post-event marketing plans, leveraging digital, social media, email, and traditional channels to maximize reach and attendance.
Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop event promotional assets.
Monitor metrics such as badge scans, lead follow-up, and opportunity generation to evaluate event success.
Deliver post-event analyses with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain event budget oversight and report performance against planned expenses.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event formats to improve event experiences continuously.
The Skillset 5+ years experience in Field Marketing or Event Management.
Organized and efficient, able to develop and execute a clear plan.
Able to communicate ideas and campaigns to both internal and external teams.
Team player with the ability to be a self-starter.
Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup.
Domestic travel to support events - up to 50%.

The First 60 Days Begin leading event logistics from planning to execution, ensuring each aligns with defined objectives.
Assist in creating post-event reports that capture lead generation, ROI, and engagement metrics.Strengthen collaboration with Sales and Marketing to understand deeper needs and pain points for field events.
90 Days & Beyond Take ownership of all Commercial events and the event playbook, adapting and optimizing based on observations from past events and feedback from the team.
Create standardized templates for tracking event metrics and reporting, ensuring streamlined access to insights.
Identify areas for event scalability, supporting Flock Safety's presence and impact in new regions or sectors.

The Perks ??Salary & Equity: In this role, you'll receive a starting salary of $150,000-$190,000 as well as stock options
