Are you tired of loading software?
Do you miss the days when you trained operators to help them be more successful and utilized your electro-mechanical expertise to diagnose a machine problem?
ACCO Brands/GBC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service the Cerritos, CA area.
In this role, you will be responsible for field service, repair, and maintenance of roll laminators, business card cutters, ream paper cutters, punch machines, and other print finishing equipment.
Get back to utilizing your skillset and enjoy repairing office equipment again!

Service Technician Organization with an Average of 12 years in Tenure

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service to our clients and promote business.
Perform break / fix service calls in an assigned area

Servicing, installing, diagnosing and repairing binding, laminating, cutting, folding, stitching, and other document handling equipment

Manage your own daily schedule to meet the customer expectations.
Maintain your spare parts inventory and manage your calls and parts on the company laptop

Provide operator training to customers on machine operations and job setup

Qualifications

Associate's degree, trade certifications, or equivalent field experience required

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required

Electro-Mechanical experience using a multi-meter to troubleshoot circuits and reading schematics to troubleshoot machines preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office and comfortable using computers

Superior time management skills and reliability

Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic experience

Excellent customer service and communications skills

Comfortability with being self-motivated
