What impact you will have
In this role, the successful candidate will become a part of the NAM Services team (based in our facilities next to Huston, Texas), leading the local services team, taking active part in the services offering to our customers, and/or supporting the end-user to solve throughout operation of Submer solutions.
What you'll do Lead the NAM Field Services team in close cooperation with the Customer Care team ensuring peak performance and overall customer satisfaction Support team resources coordination and planning for the services offering Support Customer Care team for the definition of the processes and products' troubleshooting guide to achieve faster remote incidence resolution Lead training and on-boarding plan for services partners. Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical/mechanical systems in data centers Support training to customers in how to operate Submer products after the installation and how to do regular maintenance Support diagnose and repairs in control panels, pumps, valves, and piping systems. Adhere to safety guidelines and propose solutions to enhance system performance. Support customer care and production teams tasks when not supporting customers. Ensure proper coverage during peak periods. Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvement. Promote a fluid, positive, and collaborative team environment.
What you'll need Proven experience as a Field Technician Lead, Field Service Engineer, or similar role Team Management experience, handling escalations and mentoring technicians Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems (wiring, circuits, control panels) and mechanical systems (pumps, valves, piping) Adaptability to support different roles and tasks within factory operations. Flexibility to work varied hours, including accommodating different time zones and peak periods. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel. Ability to travel frequently.
