What we're looking for We are seeking an experienced Manager, Finance & Revenue Systems to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires you to operate both strategically and tactically. You will manage a team of three Systems Engineers who work on system implementation, enhancement, and modernization projects for stakeholders in Revenue, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Procurement, while also completing complex configurations where needed. The ideal candidate has managed financial systems in the past, is skillful in collecting requirements and developing solutions to solve business needs, and has led and developed high-performing teams.

What you'll be working on Manage and support a team of System Engineers responsible for financial applications, including Zuora, NetSuite, Coupa, Navan, Blackline Complete hands on configuration/ customization within the Zuora Billing and RevPro platforms Partner with Finance and revenue operations teams to transform business needs into high-quality, scalable processes Manage a team of Systems Engineers and Analysts responsible for financial systems management to ensure stakeholder needs are met and critical projects are prioritized Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business including Accounting, Renewals, FP&A, IT, People, and Revenue Operations during discovery stages to research and understand challenges and drive towards value-added solutions Convert complex systems and processes into digestible components for both technical and non-technical audiences Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable We'd love to hear from people with Experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing financial systems such as Zuora, Netsuite, and RevPro 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Zuora Billing and experience with RevPro is required Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience Extensive experience and fluency with Quote-to-cash operations Comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, etc Previous people management experience Netsuite certification The base pay provided for this position ranges from $136,510 / year - $184,690 / year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.

Bonuses and commissions may also be offered as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; paid holidays; paid time off; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
