 Job responsibilities Primary responsibility is financial planning activities at the firm Develop and maintain client relationships, expanding our client base while enhancing existing connections Design and deliver personalized investment and financial strategies to address client-specific needs Stay abreast of recent developments in financial planning, including legislative changes Offer proactive advice and strategies to enhance clients' financial outcomes Respond to client inquiries and initiate client contact when appropriate We are looking for someone who has Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently A commitment to exceptional customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills  Collaborative problem-solving abilities Strong organization skills and detail-oriented A team-oriented mindset Experience 1+ years experience providing financial advice and planning services to clients Hold current securities license(s)  Hold life & health insurance licenses in WI (or willing to complete within 6 months) Benefits provided Competitive base pay commensurate with experience  Revenue-sharing opportunities and performance-based bonuses Retirement plan with match Generous paid time off and holiday schedule All advancing candidates will be required to pass a FINRA background check and fingerprinting.
