Financial Analyst

Under the supervision of the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Analyst will assist in consolidating and analyzing financial and operational data to provide insight and recommendations to improve financial performance. The Financial Analyst creates models, summaries, and reports to provide insight on current operations as well as risks and opportunities to the company. $70-$75k annually.
Responsibilities:Collaborates with other Finance team members and staff at Professional to produce accurate and effective analytics.Maintains & optimizes financial models including cash flow forecasting, revenue recognition, operational KPIs, etc.Creates & maintains analytic models to give Management better visibility to expenditures and productivity.Performs & optimizes operational metric tracking.Creates analytical models for decision support.Creates, maintains & optimizes reporting within multiple BI systems.Performs variance analysis and identifies trends to budget and past performance to better help Management understand areas of financial risk and opportunity.Assists in the development and execution of the annual operating budget.Benefits:401k Matching - It's never too early to start thinking about retirement!Employee Referral Program.Paid Time Off.Work From Home.
