Contract / NYC / Onsite Must have: RCSA and Key risk indicator reporting expertise Responsibilities Perform risk and control self-assessments, identifying potential areas of weakness and recommending control enhancements to promote a strong risk-based culture within the Operations group. Report monthly Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other assigned monthly and quarterly reporting tasks. Partner with the manager on various risk management projects, providing insightful analysis and strategic support. Assist in initiatives, including Change Management, Record Retention, Issue Management, and Third-Party Risk Management programs. Participate in and provide ongoing support for audit (internal and external) and regulatory reviews and inquires, when applicable. Collaborate with the manager on automation efforts, streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Continuously develop risk management expertise by learning best practices, industry trends, and emerging risks in the business sectors impacting Based on changes in the business work environment, job responsibilities can change, and additional functions and tasks may be added or removed accordingly. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as required, and participate in special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by Management. Skills & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: 4-8 years of relevant work experience within risk management Must have a strong understanding of control programs, including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Office products. Must be versatile, able to work effectively, independently, and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve goals in a dynamic environment. Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
