About the Role:
As a Financial Controller at Fresh Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial operations and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Encourage professional development and continuous learning within the team. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. A master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is a plus. Experience: We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to senior-level professionals. Relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
