ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Requirements • Have a state life and health license with corresponding variable authority • At least one year of customer-facing sales experience in the life insurance and financial services industry • Completion of a panel interview with a Farmers representative (e.g., the Area Sales Leader or Market Leader) • Satisfactory results of a background check Resources & Support • Access to current Farmers customers as a service provider to full-time agents • Access to a dedicated case manager, Financial Services Director, and Life Sales Consultants INCENTIVES Compensation • FSA candidates can qualify for competitive incentives, including lucrative commissions for mutual funds, annuities, and life insurance • A commission split with the FSA acting as a service provider for the full-time agent is an option and is solely determined between the two roles without any involvement from Famers representatives o Many in the industry use the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) model for commission splitting Bonus Opportunities • Life Insurance New Business Accelerator • Farmers Financial Solutions (FFS) Fast Start Promotion $5,000 one-time payment upon qualification Awards • Ability to qualify for Topper Club • Financial incentives for Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifiers • Ability to qualify for FFS Lifetime Achievement Award • Other award opportunities
