The Wealth FP&A team is an integral part of the larger Global FP&A team. TheFinancial Planning and Analysis C13 VPis a senior professional role responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi's financial results in coordination with the broader finance team. The role is within the Wealth FP&A team, and requires in-depth understanding of forward-looking processes (planning, outlook, QMMF, etc.). The overall objective is to contribute to directional strategy as well as utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to provide advice/counsel on the evaluation of financial reports of Citi's current and projected performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute analysis ofannual 3-year strategic/operating plans, CCAR PPNR forecasts, QMMF, and quarterly outlooksin partnership with finance and business organizations.
Analyse key products within Wealth, namelyInvestments, Trust, Custody and Insurance.
Manage all forecast processes, review and analysis for NIR portion of Wealth.
Load NIR / Non-Balance Sheet products for Outlook, Plan, CCAR / QMMF across segments, coordinate across LFO teams for overlays on model runs, forecast workshops, manage weekly Risk and Opportunities, and overall product dynamics.
Prepare MRM documentation across segments / products working with LFO teams for overlays, model management.
Create financial reports and meet with finance team to clearly summarize financial trends andprovide insight to senior management.
Develop and deliverfinancial analysis supporting various business initiatives.
Work with CFO and model development team onmodel convergence efforts
Build excellent relationshipacross finance, controllers, and business organizations.
Responsible tocollect & review inputsreceived from various teams andchallengethem if necessary/required.
Has the ability to operate with alimited level of direct supervision.
Acts as systems and processes subject matter expert (SME) to senior finance stakeholders and other team members.
Establish strong relationships and leveragethem to seamlessly overcome challenges and meet business needs across finance and business organizations.
Preparepresentations and analysis for the team supporting the CFO/LFOs
DriveFP&A transformation effortsas part of continuous process improvements
Drivefinance initiatives effectively

Qualifications:
Knowledge/Experience:
7+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance, experience in financial services preferred.
Professional degree equivalent to CA/MBA/BMS would be preferable.
Understanding of FP&A processes and management reporting, experience in financial services preferred.
Experienced in Microsoft Office (excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills)
