In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and management of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising. You will work closely with our Engagement Strategy team and internal stakeholders to execute tactics. 
\n What You'll Do: Campaign Execution:Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising.Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, asset tagging and tracking.Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns, making adjustments as needed to improve ROI.Develop and optimize content calendars and ensure alignment with overall campaign objectives and regulatory requirements. Media Buying and Vendor Management:Negotiate and purchase media placements across various digital channels, such as display, video, and social media. Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and agencies.Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues that may arise. Social Media Management:Monitor social media channels and alert team to comments and messages in a timely manner.Identify and leverage social media trends and opportunities.Track and analyze key metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates. Requirements:3+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing Social Media3+years of implementing social media plans/campaignsStrong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) Basic knowledge of HTML and CSSExperience with SmartsheetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills About You: You act with integrity and drive results in a way that makes everyone better.You are endlessly curious.You choose fearlessness in pursuit of innovation, growth and excellence.You enjoy building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.You are focused on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
