Position: Front Desk Receptionist - Medical Office
We are looking to add an experienced full-time Front Desk Receptionist at a busy
primary care practice in Havre De Grace, MD. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task,
provide excellent patient experience and attention to detail, and work comfortably in a
team environment.
\n ResponsibilitiesCheck in/out patients quickly and accurately Complete insurance verificationVerify patient demographic information at the time of scheduling appointment and upon check-inMonitor and respond to patient and clinical staff messagesComplete patient outreachAnswer incoming callsScan incoming documentsObtain co-pays and paymentsMaintain clean appearance of waiting area and front deskACO Experience Preferred RequirementsPrior Front Desk experience required, in a medical setting preferred.Excellent computer skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience with Electronic Health Record (Preferred)
