What You'll Do Create Exceptional Web Experiences: Collaborate with marketers and designers to develop custom websites that captivate users, drive engagement, and deliver real impact for our clients.
Own the Full Development Lifecycle: Take charge of HTML and CSS coding, quality assurance, testing, and seamless publishing.
Lead Our CMS Evolution: With our current site in Webflow, you'll spearhead our transition to a headless CMS—enhancing flexibility and scaling our web presence.
Optimize for Performance: Use your knowledge of modern web hosting platforms (Netlify, Vercel, AWS Amplify) to deploy, maintain, and optimize applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards for performance, scalability, and reliability.
What You'll Bring Core Skills: Proficiency in HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, and SCSS/LESS (preferred), with hands-on experience in JS frameworks like React or Vue.
Detail-Oriented Coding: Strong knowledge of CSS templating systems like Tailwind or Bootstrap (a plus) and an acute eye for detail, delivering pixel-perfect front-end work.
Version Control Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Git and GitHub, managing collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews) for organized and efficient development.
Agility and Focus: With 2-3+ years of front-end development experience, you're goal-driven and comfortable working at a fast pace to meet milestones.
Effective Communication: A collaborative approach and the ability to communicate well with designers and other stakeholders to bring projects to successful, timely completion.
