The organization seeks a personable and resourceful Front Office Coordinator to contribute to the seamless functioning of the front-end operations.


As the Front Office Coordinator, you will create a welcoming environment, manage appointments, handle patient records, provide administrative support, and ensure accurate handling of patient payments and insurance claims.


Responsibilities Patient Reception: Greet patients warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first point of contact.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling to optimize the daily schedule of the hearing professionals.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, both in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Handle patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Office Organization: Maintain the tidiness and organization of the front office area, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for patients along with light cleaning.
Support to Hearing Professionals: Assist hearing professionals in administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Billing and Insurance Processing: Managing the Explanation of Benefits process for third-party patients, submitting appropriate information to insurance carriers, and collecting and recording patient payments.
Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Proficient in office software and scheduling systems.
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes is an advantage.
