You'll provide guidance and technical support to your team, playing a key role in monitoring CCP activities, implementing HACCP programs, and driving compliance with GMP procedures. It's a hands-on role where you'll ensure products meet both internal and regulatory standards while pushing the boundaries of continuous improvement.
