REMOTE Tax Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled REMOTE Tax Manager to oversee and manage tax compliance and planning for our clients. This role involves providing expert tax advice, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and managing a team of tax professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various tax areas, including corporate, individual, and partnership taxation. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of corporate, individual, and partnership tax returns. Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients. Review and analyze tax returns prepared by junior staff and ensure accuracy and compliance. Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and assess the impact on clients' tax positions. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tax solutions. Assist clients with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements. CPA, EA, or equivalent certification required. Minimum of 6 years of Public Accounting experience Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
