We are seeking a G&A Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team to support our growth efforts in 2025. This is a contract position
Responsibilities: Source and attract top talent for administrative, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success positions through proactive networking and targeted recruiting strategies Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for non-technical roles Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referral programs Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and professional interaction Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and professional networking events when necessary Skills & Experience: 4+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on top of funnel sourcing efforts Experience supporting a recruiting team and hiring managers Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse), Google Calendar Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Understanding and experience working in the financial industry Understanding and strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain industry Why Join BitGo?
