We are a legal collections law firm operating in several states and we are looking for a Bilingual Debt Collector with a good attitude to join our team!
Responsibilities: Adhere to FDCPA, client and internal compliance guidelines on callsfollow up with customers on broken payment arrangements as well as process paymentsproperly negotiate acceptable payment arrangementsWork in a team environmentQualifications: 1 year previous collections experience requiredAbility to learn FDCA, client & internal compliance guidelines for callsGood attendance is a mustFluent in both English and Spanish.Training for this position will be at our Buckhead office from 9a-5p for roughly 2 weeks. Regular schedule after that is 12p - 9p remote.
