Typical Day in the Life A typical day as a Gaming Compliance Senior Manager might include the following:
Lead gaming compliance department determining timelines, goals, and expectations for engagements. Oversee multiple teams performing gaming internal audit compliance procedures and AML/Title 31 examinations. Mentor and develop staff. Assist with gaming industry related consulting and compliance projects for clients in multiple jurisdictions. Network, build relationships, and attract new clients or business to the Firm. Attend training seminars, professional development and industry events. Who You Are You are an experienced industry advisor, ready to use your expertise to help others. You are a multi-tasking master, and there has never been a deadline you could not meet. You enjoy being a part of a team and collaborating with others. You hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality. You have experience with Nevada gaming statutes, regulations, and internal control standards. Experience with BSA/AML/Title 31 requirements within the gaming industry Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field 10+ Years of expereince in public accounting, gaming regulatory, and/or internal audit work in gaming Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
