Unit Description As a natural problem-solver, you thrive on challenges. You're also an expert at implementing solutions. Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a General Manager 4 in Los Angeles, CA. The General Manager will oversee and direct all Food and Nutrition services at a medical center/hospital in the region. The General Manager will be a dynamic team player with a proven background in strategic thinking, fostering an inclusive culture, and driving successful business initiatives.

Candidates must have a CDM (Certified Dietary Manager), RD (Registered Dietitian) certification. The successful candidate will: have oversight of day-to-day operations; successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff; achieve company and client financial targets and goals; develop and maintain client and customer relationships; develop strategic plans; ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance; ensure Sodexo standards are met.
