Job Summary The General Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The General Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation. It also includes formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service, and implement best practices across all levels.



No-H2O, a rapidly scaling direct-to-consumer, and franchise product and service brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive General Manager. Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of a critical administrative support person to execute mission-critical deliverables. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The tasks of the General Manager will include being the friendly and organized client and staff facing person within the office. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
The General Manager ensures the smooth running of our company's office and contributes to driving sustainable growth. This is an in-office full-time position.
Responsibilities Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Assist colleagues whenever necessary Responsible for 15 hours a week of business development (visiting potential business partners) Recruiting, hiring, and training new detailers Demonstrating No-H2O products to prospective franchisees Ensuring day to day operations are running smoothly and on time Demonstrate professional customer satisfaction skills and practices Qualifications Proven experience as an office manager, office assistant, or relevant role Outstanding communication, client relations, and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office, and office management software (ERP, etc.) Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant Customer-first orientation Attention to detail Ability to manage a daily work schedule while directing others Basic computer experience in Word and Excel
