Must live in Westchester, NY Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Business Development Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing, grassroots marketing, and D2D strategies. Form strategic partnerships with realtors, designers, builders, and local businesses. Research and initiate partnerships and referral programs to maximize lead flow. Sales & Client Relations Qualify and manage leads, set appointments, and follow up on all customer inquiries. Drive appointment-to-sale conversions, aiming to close deals that meet our high standards. Facilitate customer interactions from initial contact through project completion, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction. Operations & Project Management Oversee all production activities, coordinating with subcontractors and maintaining quality control on job sites. Track project milestones and maintain accurate production reports through our CRM and scorecards. Team Management & Meetings Lead daily and weekly team huddles and quality meetings, and ensure consistent team alignment. Facilitate staff training, workshops, and development programs, with a focus on growth and retention. Marketing & Social Media Grow LIMEs online presence by creating engaging content and managing posts. Develop social media initiatives (surveys, raffles, etc.) to boost engagement and brand awareness. Administrative & Financial Oversight Manage CRM and other tech platforms, overseeing all client data and communication. Track monthly expenses and work with the accounting team to manage budgets.
