Corporate store, ensuring it stands out as a model of excellence within the Franchise community by effectively executing existing College H.U.N.K.S.
systems and integrating new improvements as they emerge.
The Corporate Store Managing Partner also acts as a brand advocate and a representative of the corporate team, identifying and communicating opportunities for growth, assisting with pilot programs, and researching cases with the support of the Franchise System.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Operations: Maintain a high level of functionality in day-to-day operations and implement the College H.U.N.K.S.
Way (Systems, Technology, Practices).Human Resource Management: Lead the recruiting, onboarding and development of A-Player team members, adjusting as necessaryTraining & Development: Manage ongoing training of the team to ensure they are up to date with the current College H.U.N.K.S.
systems and best practices and to ensure that they are adequately prepared for their job dutiesStrong Financial Acumen: Manage all facets of the Profit and Loss Statement to ensure we meet or exceed benchmarks and budgets.
Provide transparency to the ownership on activities that lead to P&L resultsBusiness Growth: Ensure the business is set up with the appropriate resources (assets, people, marketing, etc.)
to achieve the budgeted growth targetsStrong Culture: Build and maintain positive and enthusiastic team and camaraderie amongst the team membersExcellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service that creates a "WOW" experience for the customer while generating necessary incomeMarketing: Manage Marketing Strategy, spend and execution in conformance to the College H.U.N.K.S.
marketing playbook and based on local needsSales: Develop, adopt and execute on the College H.U.N.K.S.
sales strategy and inspire a sales mindset among leadership team and other team membersREQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: · Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent/relevant experience.
3-5 years as General Manager of a $2 Million + Service-Based Business.Strong Business and Financial Acumen.Experience in the Moving Industry.Experience in leading, managing, holding a team accountable.Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.Basic computer skills.
