Job Details
We are looking for a professional and experienced General Manager who is passionate about hospitality and seeks growth in an expanding company. The right person will be experienced in leading a large team of managers and staff, have a proven track record of successfully opening restaurants, and will be dedicated to our standards, and people.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years of experience as aGeneral Manager in a contemporary, chef driven, full-service restaurant, opening experience a plus
Proven track record in developing and leading a successful team to excellence
Advanced knowledge and understanding of business ops and financials
Significant wine and spirit knowledge and an understanding of industry trends
Quick problem solver with a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
A flexible schedule. Mornings, nights, weekends and holidays are required
